AOTMP, a division of Evotem, LLC, sends updates and informational notices to web registrants and clients on a periodic basis. AOTMP occasionally sends out special communications when it thinks subscribers or clients might be particularly interested in an event or a product or service AOTMP is offering, or when AOTMP wishes to include subscribers and clients in a benchmark initiative.

Evotem, LLC does not, unless required by law, disclose any personal information it collects for any purposes other than to process your registration, fulfill your requests or keep you informed about Evotem, LLC products and services.

AOTMP University Cancellation Policy - The AOTMP University cancellation policy applies to enrollees who have provided confirmation of intent to attend either a public or private AOTMP University event. Confirmation may take the form of a signed and accepted proposal, a client Purchase Order, an online application or an e-mail request.

• For cancellations occurring between 30-60 days before the scheduled start date, a cancellation fee* equal to 25% of the enrollment fee or 25% of the course credit hours will apply.
• For cancellations occurring between 15-29 days before the scheduled start date, a cancellation fee* equal to 50% of the enrollment fee or 50% of the course credit hours will apply.
• For cancellations occurring less than 15 days before the scheduled start date, a cancellation fee* equal to 75% of the enrollment fee or 75% of the course credit hours will apply.

If payment has not been made, the cancellation fee is due and payable upon receipt of the invoice. If payment has already been made, a refund of the full payment will be issued - minus the cancellation fee.

Private Session Reschedule: - an enterprise may reschedule, without penalty, with 60 days notice. Rescheduling within 60 days of the course start date will incur a 50% reschedule penalty. In the event the enterprise does not proceed with the rescheduled session, the cancellation fee schedule will apply.

Skills Assessments - All skills assessments sales are final.
